Performer Registration

Who are we looking for?

  • 13 Canadian and 2 U.S. musical acts.
    We feature bluegrass, alternative acoustic, roots, blues, folk, world fusion, traditional First Nations
  • Storytellers, poets
  • Comedians
  • Film, video producers
  • Dancers – performance or workshops
  • Actors who do short plays or improv

How do you apply?

1. Email us (August to November is best) and indicate the number of performers (solo, 3, 6?) amount you require to perform, including travel. You MUST provide performance and travel fee required or we will not respond to you.

2. Our 2013 line up is selected by December 2012. You’ll hear from us by December if we select you; otherwise you will be emailed a list of our 2013 selections in February.

What do you get?

Headliner or Special Guest – You have the ability to “WOW” the crowd!
You get:

  • Negotiated fee and travel
  • Round trip ground transportation from Whitehorse to Atlin.
  • Hotel or billet
  • Meals Fri night thru Sun night

Performing Artist – You are accomplished and experienced.
You get:

  • $275 each from the Yukon or Alaska
  • $300 each from NWT or beyond
  • Round trip ground transportation from Whitehorse to Atlin if flying
  • Billet or campsite
  • Meals Fri night thru Sun night

Emerging Artist – You’re working on it!
You get:

  • Billet or campsite
  • Meals Fri night thru Sun night
  • Experience doing Main Stage & collaboration with others

Headliners, Special Guests and Performing Artists do two 45 min. Main Stage sets and one or more side venue performances.
